We would like to get an aerial photograph taken during an art event happening in Fenny Drayton, Leicestershire (the geographical centre of England) some time in May (date to be confirmed but will be either the 3rd or the 24th - both Sundays of bank holiday weekends). The event will essentially be a line of parked cars (exact site to be confirmed) that we would like photographed. Unfortunately I can't give any more details than this at the moment but if you could maybe give a ball park figure as to how much something like this in this location and on those days might cost that would be great.

They would taken from an aeroplane, however to clarify the price would be to shoot at a time to fit our schedule, but it would be on the day you choose. If you wanted a specific time there would be a £75+vat surcharge as we would have to keep an aeroplane for your specific shoot. Of course all would subject to weather on the day.

The event has now been confirmed for 3rd May 2009 at the following location -

Bosworth Water Park, Market Bosworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley and Bosworth.

- The event starts at 1pm and continues for the whole day. We would like to go ahead and book for that day so please let me know any information you need. Just a couple of quick questions, how high will the plane be? We have no preference as to when the photographs will be taken other than being on that day (obviously!) and after 1pm, does this mean we would have to pay the £75 extra? How does payment work, all up front? Deposit up front and the rest on delivery of the images?

I have just back to the UK and received the report from the pilot scheduled for your assignment. Unfortunately he considered the wind top strong at the departure airport for flying and therefore the flight was cancelled. I am very sorry we have nothing to send you. Thats a real shame, it was really windy on the day though even on the ground!

We have been thinking about other possible things though, do/can you fly over central London around the London Bridge/Southwark areas?

Yes we can undertake central London, but that does involve using a helicopter, sometimes a twin jet is required to fly to certain areas. In both cases it is considerably more expensive, but let me know when you have a definite location and date.
